Ultimate Kickboxing
Course Description:
Renowned kickboxing expert Kim Heta reveals how to design and instruct results producing kickboxing sessions that your PT and group class participants will love. The Ultimate Kickboxing CEC course builds on your level 1 boxing course (pre-requisite) by taking you on an 8-hour journey of kickboxing using all 8 weapons, i.e. fists, elbows, knees, and lower legs. It provides a proven blueprint that reveals the steps and methods you need to design and implement sessions that rock! This course has no ‘filler’ whatsoever. We spend the whole day sharing key insights that you can implement immediately.

- To coach a huge range of advanced punching and basic kicking combinations
- How to safely and effectively use focus mitts and kick shields
- Link punching and kicking techniques so that combinations flow
- Punching and kicking drills progression to increase intensity
